As a  Partner in The Firm, looking after the  conveyancing department,  Lesley helps clients through the largest transactions most of us make in our lives – buying and selling property

With an indepth experience, primarily in residential conveyancing, Lesley fully understands the vital importance of providing a highly personalised and reliably responsive service to support clients through every stage of the traditionally stressful process of selling a property or buying a new home.

She also deals with commercial conveyancing and advises clients on purchases and leases of premises.

In addition, she advises clients in relation to making wills, powers of attorney and deals with the administration of executries.

Christine has many years specialist private client experience . She is passionate about client care, her advice covers a broad range of issues of key importance  from Wills, Powers of Attorney as well as the complexities of winding up estates.

Christine’s caring and compassionate nature shines through in terms of her going the extra mile for clients, for  whom she acts as an  attorney.

Fiona’s career  has included 25 years as an Estate Agent, she joined Murdoch Stewarts in 2012. Fiona is  committed to the highest standards of client care, she has an excellent knowledge of the local property market in Glasgow and East Renfrewshire. She  takes great pride in being able to draw on many years of experience as a negotiator and influencer in securing the best possible price and contract terms for her clients. Alongside her expertise, Fiona’s cheerful manner and excellent customer service mean that every client feels reassured that their sale is in the best possible hands.
As a highly popular member of our Executries team, Brenda’s expertise covers every area of the detailed administration involved in winding up a deceased’s estate in Scotland.  She has over 30  years private client secretarial experience, 25 of which have been with Partner Cecilia Brough  –  Brenda  joined Murdoch Stewarts in  2012.   Brenda’s role in executries means working with families at what is always a difficult time,  her personable and supportive manner helps to make the process of winding up a loved one’s estate as straightforward as possible
Ann has over 30 years experience as a Legal cashier. She is paramount in ensuring the smooth running of  all accounts.   Her experience and professionalism make her a valued asset to The Firm.
With over 23 years of experience in conveyancing , dealing with remortgages, transfers of title and discharges, Lisa became a welcome addition to Murdoch Stewarts in 2012, however she has worked closely with Partner, Lesley Forrest since 2004.

She now provides essential administrative supprst to the conveyancing team in our Glasgow office, with the emphasis on providing an excellent service to the buying and selling clients she deals with on a day-to-day basis.
